Acceptable Stay with Some Disappointments

broken equipmentunresponsive staff
The hotel advertised Peloton bikes in the gym, but neither of them worked. Hotel staff seemed unaware of the access code needed to fix them. One bike needed a simple date and time update, but it remained unfixed since June 2024. The other bike had loose handlebars and a broken seat adjuster I chose this hotel specifically for the Peloton bikes, so this was a letdown

Really good Service and Comfortable Stay

helpful staff
The staff was warm and helpful. Chanee at the help desk was especially helpful. She arranged hot water and assisted me with mailing a parcel. I found the air conditioning very easy to control, ensuring a comfortable room temperature. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-kept .
Location
9/10
The hotel is close to a Trader Joe's and various restaurant options. Georgetown is within walking distance. I could easily jog to the mall in the morning. It is great.
Rooms
9/10
The room included a large double bed, and the bathroom amenities were clean. The room was a cool refuge from the outside heat. The coffee machine was a welcome feature, as was the little fridge. I enjoyed my room.
Dining
10/10
The hotel had a bar and restaurant, and I dined there on a couple of nights. The food was AMAZING!!! The food was well prepared and tasty. The bar was well equiped and the service was fast.

excellent watergreat fitness
The water dispenser in the lobby was excellent I also enjoyed the fitness center. I found Joseph from valet very helpful. He was so nice, I'm thrilled I met him.
The hotel parking was a little expensive. A 5-minute walk to another parking lot solved it.
